To pass an assessment at KWS eLearning, whether it's a quiz or an exam, you must score at least 80%. Each assessment consists of multiple-choice questions based on the course content.
For every question, after selecting your answer, you must click the "Check my answer!" button to validate it. This step needs to be done for each question in the assessment.
Once all answers are checked, the "Submit my Quiz" or "Submit my Exam" button will become active. You must click it to finalize and submit your assessment.
We have identified a known issue that occurs when users translate the website using browser-based tools like Google Translate (e.g., from English to French or Arabic). This issue especially affects the assessment page. If you click “Check my answer!” on the last question while the page is translated, it may crash or freeze, preventing you from clicking the “Submit my Quiz” or “Submit my Exam” button.
We are working to improve compatibility, but for the best experience, we recommend using a desktop browser like Google Chrome or Firefox with translation disabled.
To earn a certificate, you must complete the course and pass the assessment with a minimum score of 80%. Once you pass, an electronic certificate (e-Certificate) will be issued and made available on your course Assessments Summary page.
After passing an assessment with a score of 80% or higher, visit your Course Assessments Summary page. Click “View My Certificate” and then use the “Download Certificate” button to save it as a PDF.
Yes! On the certificate page, click the LinkedIn button to share your achievement with your professional network directly.
Every certificate issued by KWS eLearning has a unique Certificate ID and a QR code printed on it. You can verify the certificate in two ways:
- Scan the QR code: Use any mobile device with a camera or QR scanner to scan the QR code. This will open the official Online Verification Report showing certificate details and status.
- Use the Certificate Validator Tool: Visit www.kws.tn and scroll to the footer to find the Certificate Validator Tool. Enter the Certificate ID and click Verify to view the Online Verification Report.
All certificates issued by KWS eLearning are valid for one year from the date of issue. This expiry policy is designed to reflect the continuous evolution of knowledge and technology in the oilfield and energy sectors.
Regular updates to course content and assessment standards mean that competencies must be periodically re-evaluated to remain current and industry-relevant.
Yes. Once your certificate expires, you can retake the course assessment at any time to earn a new certificate with a fresh one-year validity period.
We encourage learners to revisit course content before attempting the new assessment to ensure they are up to date with any content revisions or updates.
